Our product is called Lime Juice.

Lime Juice is a hyper-local social networking service that allows users to meet and interact with the people immediately around them. The interaction is game-like in nature and delivered in public venues such as bars, nightclubs, and cafes.

Currently, Lime Juice leverages the only universal client on the mobile device - SMS text messaging. In the near future, mobile web and location-based technology will be incorporated into the game-like experience.

To "play" Lime Juice, a user creates an in-venue avatar (nickname and description) that characterizes their physical appearance. The user interacts with other "players" in a semi-anonymous fashion by visually identifying others in the venue, and using Lime Juice to discover their nickname. Once a user has a nickname they can establish a connection through SMS.

Mobile numbers and player identities remain private during the game until players want to share this information. All established connections are transferred online and incorporated into standard social networking sites.
